Africhem Aqua Sheen is commonly known as alum powder, and is used to drop and settle dirty swimming pool water.
This product gets added to the swimming pool water and then binds with all undissolved particles, this combination then drops to the bottom of the swimming pool where one would normally vacuum the debris out.
